This educational idea is a suggestion to adapt, not a method validated by a study. It starts with a simple experience: listening to a piece of music together, then letting each person describe what they noticed.
Different ways of hearing
One person mentions the rhythm, another a silence, a third a memory. These differences can become the material for a conversation without being ranked.
The right to remain quiet
Listening does not mean having to reveal personal feelings. Someone might draw, write a word or stay silent. In this proposal, each person can negotiate the place they wish to take.
